Spousal Support

In some divorce actions, a spouse can qualify for interim and/or final spousal support.  Different criteria apply to each kind of spousal support.  If the Court finds that a party qualifies for either support, the amount of support is determined by specific rules.  Kristyl is well versed in not only the criteria in determining whether a party is entitled to spousal support, but also the factors that can affect the amount of spousal support.  Kristyl has successfully litigated contested interim and final spousal support cases, whether she is representing a spouse qualifying for support or the spouse who could potentially pay support.
